Marquardt Middle School
Marquardt Middle School serves approximately 850 6-8 students in the communities of Glendale Heights, Addison, Bloomingdale, Lombard, and Glen Ellyn Countryside, Illinois. At Marquardt Middle School, highly skilled and dedicated educators work together to implement an educational program which provides our students with the skills and knowledge necessary to become productive members of society and lifelong learners.
Marquardt Middle School classrooms are dynamic learning environments designed to support the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of every child. Positive partnerships between Marquardt Middle School’s teachers, parents, and community encourage our students to continuously grow and achieve inside the classroom and beyond.
Our Mission
The mission of the Marquardt Middle School community is to value education. Together we will maintain a supportive environment in which teachers and students are motivated to reach their potential through a focus on learning, effective teaching and engaging activities.

What We've Achieved
During the 2015-16 school year...
Sixth graders won the Marquardt School District 15 Battle of the Books District-wide Championship and Crosstown Classic Championship by demonstrating a high level of reading skill, knowledge, and teamwork.
Advanced Orchestra earned straight first division ratings at the Illinois Grade School Music Association Organizational Contest.
Eighth Grade Boys' Basketball were conference tournament champions and sixth grade Boy's Basketball went undefeated.
Sixth grade students spearheaded the 2018 Legacy Project and have raised over $600 so far towards their 3 year goal of raising enough money to fund a well in South Sudan.
MMS founded the Marquardt Student Serving Society, whose members participate in local, national, and global service-projects.
Four MMS students were nominated & recognized at the community Glendale Heights Character Counts Community Breakfast
MMS Band and Orchestra participated in side-by-side mentoring with Elmhurst college through the Young People’s Music Initiative grant from the JCS Fund of the DuPage Foundation.
Over 180 students were celebrated and recognized at Character Breakfasts throughout the school year.
